Had an amazing New Year at this hotel! The buffet food was stunning offering plenty of choice. I enjoyed the hotel's key location near the beach, as well as the comfortable beds. , the daily onsite entertainment was spectacular! I had a blast dancing and meeting new friends.

The hotel lacked in resources for entertainment with minimal activities. , the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating to guests.

Food, does not change everyday almost the same and the also i had to pay for the drinks during the meal and if you see the offer, it says half board the air condition always is turned off in the main Hall of the hotel the taste of the hot drinks are bad because they are using the tab water so the taste of the coffee and the tea are salty.

Our triple room was nice, very clean and with all the facilities you need. The food in the restaurant was from good quality and included in the price. The outside pool and the inside pool are good to unwind.

The hotel had a great pool area and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the beach and had easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options and was delicious.

The prices for drinks and meals were quite high compared to the local area. , the Wi-Fi was not very reliable.

The food was aweful, really a annoying matter!

The best thing was the swimming pool,my 3 years daughter enjoyed swimming there

The cleaning services were poor I stayed two days and no one came to clean the room, the balcony `s door was not tight enough so it was making noise all the night as it was windy outside! Really annoying matter

During my stay, I found a great location just a short walk from a lovely beach with crystal clear water. The rooms were very spacious, and I was pleased with the amenities. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and polite. I also appreciated finding a supermarket just outside where I could get all my essentials, including fresh fruits and veggies.

The soundproofing could be improved as I found it noisy in the lobby and corridors.

Sea side, nice food, comfortable rooms.

Wifi is only in the lobby not in the rooms, ac not working all the day and even when it's working it doesn't worth it, staff especially the reception need to have more customer services skills.

Quite ....nice pool..... Not far from the sea.

1- I asked the reception girl for a double Bed instead of the twin Bed and they ignore my request for 5 days of my stay 2- food not that good 3- at the Dinner they did not serve any water or any kind of drinks to make you buy them ......4- Internet free just at the Public places 5- the rooms not that clean and there is few and late replaced bathroom staff like shampoo and soups and there is no shaving tools????......6- Poor tv channels and so Few.

It was a nice place to have some relaxing holidays. It was comfortable, the food was good, very beautiful entrance hall, the staff are very agreeable. Good choice of activities.

Many of staff were not welcoming. A/C was not working properly!!!

La nourriture est tres bonne surtout le dinner avec un buffet proposant des plats varies et bien cuisines, vous risquez de prendre du poids. Les chambres sont sympa et spacieuse. Le personnel est tres serviable sauf la chef receptionniste.... Les Cocktails sont pas cher et tres bon La piscine est tres bien, grande, chaude avec les transat confortable autour.

Le plus choquant a ete les arnaqueur exterieurs de l'hotel qui sont dans l hotel en tant que representant de leur commerce et propose des activites extra comme jet ski ou balade en chameau, en ville ou des massages, spa etc... Ces gens appel les touristes des "Poissons" (entendu par l'un des gars parlant a son conpere en francais !!!!!!!!) et propose des activites qui sont cheres et sans un vrai rapport qualite de plus.. De plus je mets en garde les personnes qui se font approches par le monsieur qui propose des sorties en ville au marche ou en bateau pirates, Son prix pour nous enmenez sur le lieu est pas chere (2euros par personne pour se rendre au marche avec chicha et boisson offerte dans le magasin de souvenir) mais en faite, l arnaque est qu il enmene les gens dans un magasins de souvenir de son cousin avec des prix non affiches, ou la vente est forcer et je dis bien forcer parce que ils poussent a acheter et ne sont pas content quand tu prends 3 articles.............. Ils te disent "on dois faire du business avec vous" !!! Puis cerise sur le gateau, le prix qu'il te disent... Pour 2 magnette frigo + un chameau en terre cuite, prix proposer = 42.5 euros par le vendeur : Prix negocier = 10 Euros !!!!! Et prix des concurrents avec un prix affiches sur les produits = 5euros... Vous avez compris l arnaque !!!!!!!!!! A l'hotel : Aucune personne ne parle anglais (etant anglais ca craint) des que l on parle pas francais, on nous prends pour des allemands.... La plage est mal entretenu avec des algues et une mauvaise odeur quie repousse l'envie de se baigner.. Pendant le dinner, toutes les boissons sont payantes (bouteille d'eau inclus) L'air conditionner des chambres est en mauvais etat et met un temps enorme a fonctionner correctement et a atteindre la temperature souhaite.. L'animation de soir est NUL, sans humour..
